Filip Forsberg's special talent, and getting the results to show for it
If you follow my work on Twitter, you're probably already familiar with how I feel about Nashville Predators winger Filip Forsberg. The spark notes version of the story is that there was a period of time where people hilariously thought I was him, tweeting at me whenever he'd do something cool in a game. It kind of took off from there, becoming a fun running bit.
But the truth is that the fascination with his game runs a lot deeper than that because he's genuinely become one of my absolute favourite players to watch in the entire sport. He's well on his way to changing that perception this season, scoring goals at a sky-high rate whenever he's been on the ice. Let's take a closer look at those individual components of his game, and how he's been using them to produce.
