COHEN: Florida Panthers’ Prospect Logan Hutsko’s Perseverance Pays Off in Beanpot Consolation Game

BOSTON, Mass. — Logan Hutsko could have been a first-round pick in the 2018 NHL Draft, but life got in the way. Then the Florida Panthers selected the speedy winger in the third-round, 89th overall after they traded up with the Nashville Predators to stop the slide.

Injuries played a significant role in Hutsko’s fall. So far, Hutsko’s refused to stay down, though. He has a great chance to overcome these cruel circumstances and reach his dream of an NHL career.
