ROBENHYMER: Renewed Focus Helping Predators Prospect David Farrance Lead Terriers

BOSTON, Mass. — David Farrance is in the middle of a stellar junior season with Boston University where he’s leading the team with 32 points in 26 games including 12 goals and 20 assists. The defenceman has already surpassed his career total from his first two seasons as a Terrier and, when asked what he thought the biggest factor was in his drastic improvement, his answer was simple.

“I decided I wanted to be a hockey player,” Farrance stated matter-of-factly.

“It’s everyone’s dream to sign and play in the NHL and I figured if I’m going to do that someday, I better start taking it serious now, before it’s too late. It’s definitely something that motivated me this summer.”
