BROWN: After Recent String of Graduations, What’s Left in Toronto Maple Leafs Prospect Pool?

For months, the Toronto Maple Leafs stashed an NHL third-pairing in the AHL in Rasmus Sandin and Timothy Liljegren. As injuries ravished their blue line, that maneuver paid off.

Sandin is now a full-time NHL’er; Liljegren’s NHL-ready and held his own in his NHL stint. Both players look like long-term Leafs, with Sandin owning top-pair upside.
