EP Rinkside Top 20 right wing rankings for the 2021-22 season

NHL

Continuing our series on the top players in the NHL heading into the 2021-22 season, today I'm going to focus on the 20 best right wingers in the game. This was a tough list, especially closer to the bottom where the differences between players become much more nuanced.

As with yesterday's breakdown of left wings, this analysis is based not only on TopDownHockey's Wins Above Replacement model, but also more detailed micro-level statistics collected by our partners at InStat as well as Corey Sznajder. I've integrated some of these statistics into graphics that display some of these players' greatest strengths, and provided a bit of explanation for my picks.
