In her second full season creating social and digital media content for the Oilers, Edmonton native Baillie Scheetz knows the drill by now. She wakes up on gameday with her laptop by her head and immediately starts posting.
“I actually told that to a student the other day and I think I might’ve scared her,” Scheetz says, laughing, in a phone conversation with EP Rinkside. “It’s not healthy, but it’s the reality of the situation. Let's say it's a game day, I wake up immediately (put up a) Game Day post at 8 AM or so, then basically just keep posting for the rest of the day until the game is over – and then postgame.
