The Canucks and Boeser seem poised for a split, but that may not be what's best for either party
The Vancouver Canucks have a Brock Boeser problem.
In the past, that has typically meant “how are they going to afford to sign star winger Brock Boeser?” or “should they trade star winger Brock Boeser for a similarly excellent young defenceman?”
This time it's different. The question is “should they cut bait with Boeser before his play makes him and his salary unmoveable?”
