The title makes the article's aims pretty self-evident. We're going to turn this into a recurring monthly feature, one where we investigate the best individual performances and highlight the deserving frontrunners for each of the major individual trophies.

Should the award frontrunners consolidate their grips on the awards so firmly as to suffocate any room for intrigue, we'll have some fun with it and make up some awards of our own. For now, there's plenty to unpack, as each team approaches the 20-game mark.
