It feels weird to be winding down the Conference Final so quickly.

I'm not one of these "It's crazy to end the Cup Final in June" guys, and in fact, I actually like hockey so I want it to go on as long as possible. But all those people are getting what they want, to a certain extent. The Conference Finals might be ending tomorrow night? They started a week ago.

And that's not new. In the last two postseasons, the teams that have lost their series have mostly been obliterated. Carolina out absent a single win, Dallas is hanging on by a fingernail, the Rangers only got two wins out of the Lightning last year, Edmonton got swept by Colorado.

All coincidence, I guess, but it adds up.
