We’re only a handful of days removed from the end of the Stanley Cup Final, and business is already picking up for the offseason.

Two coaching hires, rumours that such-and-such a name-brand player may or may not be available, intrigue in the world of the draft. It’s all here for the true Takeheads out there, who just want to see the latest transaction happen right before their eyes. Now sure, we might have to wait almost another week for things to happen just before the draft, or even during it. But hey, there’s not really an offseason anymore, except for maybe two and a half weeks in Augu… oh right, that’s when World Juniors is this year. Well, nevermind.
