2023 NHL Trade Deadline

The Boston Bruins continue to defy conventional wisdom and rack up wins at a historic clip even as their core ages well out of what we'd usually describe as a player's physical peak. This is especially true of Patrice Bergeron, who remains the gold standard for two-way play in his age-37 season.

So here they are ahead of the 2023 NHL trade deadline a credible Stanley Cup contender if not outright favourites, primed to be one of its chief movers. You gotta make hay while the sun shines, right? Eventually, it's going to set on this contending core.
